Pours a somewhat cloudy straw from a bottle. Nice tart lemon and grass aroma. Flavor is bright citrus, tart, but rather thin. First sip was almost too sweet, like I'm going to have acid reflux because of how sweet and acidic this is. Later sips don't really have that though. Good beer.

Bottle. Pours crystal clear straw yellow, medium white fizzy head, dissipates to a ring with decent lacing. Aroma is gin indeed, oaky, herbal, mineral water. Flavor is very light tart, light funk, herbal, juniper and gin notes, lemon. Light body, clean. Interesting and enjoyable.

"A small farmhouse ale aged in gin barrels." Yeah!!! Capped 750 from Corti Bros. Pours pale gold, almost perry color, with white bubbles and a smear of head. Aroma is sourish. Med body or so. Flavor is mildly sour/fruity. Sort of a citrus sour in a mild way. Maybe a lacto note. Think I find gin, but could be wishful thinking. This is rather light and refreshing stuff. Recommended.

Bright yellow color. Moderate carbonation. An unexpected combination of balsamic vinegar, lightly tart yeast, earth. Clean on the palate; it is quickly gone after the sip with very lottlr aftertaste. This would pair well with food. It is sour enough that it is more of a sour or wild ale than a saison.

Capped 750 from Final Gravity in Roseville, CA. Pours dark translucent gold with a few surficial bubbles. Aroma is bourbon and musty sourish wood. Med body or so. Hardly any carbonation. Flavor is light slightly roasty malt, sourish wood and bourbon. I’m thinking the barrels weren’t fresh. Drinkable, but not overly exciting. Dryish, slightly sour finish.

Capped 750 from Cap Tap. Pours light gold with a foamy, spritzy white head. Aroma of peach and wood. Med minus body. Flavor is peach, yeast, and wood. It’s not entirely dry. Certain not at all bitter. Mild, pleasantly sour. Lake beer. Expensive lake beer. Mellow and pleasing.

Capped 750 from Final Gravity in Roseville, CA. Pours translucent ruddy with a transient pink head. Aroma is musty red grape, and there might be a wood hint. Flavor is very Cabernet, all things considered. It’s dry and a bit woody astringent. It’s really very "winey". Quite nice.

Tap at Final Gravity in Roseville, CA. Pours gold with a slight, transient white head. Light sour fruit aroma. Near med body. Flavor is moderately sour pale stone fruit. Not at all harsh. Hard to place a particular bacterium. Pleasing and pleasant. Delicious.
