Draft. Blackish beer with a low tan head. Sour and acetic aroma with dark fruit. Sour and acetic flavor with light whiskey and dark fruit. Medium bodied. Sour and acetic notes linger with light whiskey and dark fruit.

500 ml, bottled 1/31/2021. Golden, crystal clear body, with a small, off-white head. Aroma of flowers, citrus, straw, wood, moderate funk. Tastes similar. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes dry, medium acidic, citric, a bit floral, wooden. Beautiful stuff, fresh, crisp and perfectly balanced, with lovely floral and citric notes. Drinks really elegant. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17

Clear yellow, no head. Aroma of white grape, unripe peach, cheese rinds, grass, wet hay. Taste has sweet-sour peach, pomelo & grape, softly bitter with a yeasty and funky hay note. Grassy hoppy finish offering tart yellow fruits, grapes, soft woody tannins. Medium body, slick-moussy texture, average carbonation. Pleasingly elegant.

Clear gold blond beer, small aery irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: spicy, a bit herbal, funky, sourish impression, lemon juice, some vinegar. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, metallic, dry, bitter, some orange peel. Aftertaste: dry, very sharp, acidic, a bit lemony, bitter notes, spicy, herbal, a bit floral, Génépi liqueur.
