Panda thanks to Wingman. A light haze on this dirty gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy ar and semi dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts but a decent sweetness delivered. Hops bring a light crisp pine into what I think is the best Elani I've tasted to date. Slightly ripe and bitter pineapple with a floral note and an underpinning of melon. Ripe citrus on the back end, touch of candy fruits. A fruity and slightly bitter finish. Good Elani showcase!

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near opaque dark brown beer, small and short lived bubbly tan head. Lovely rich ripe fruity bourbon nose. Smooth and slightly viscous palate, modest fine carbonation, fine for this Impy. Smooth rich dark chocolate malts, good dark chocolate cake. Rich ripe fruity bourbon carries over from the nose, slightly savoury as well. Smooth viscous finish. Fruity bourbon linger. Imperial stout as a bourbon delivery mechanism done bloody good!

Taste comprises grapefruit, bitter orange, grass, pine nip, melon, citric tinged straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with juicy come lightly danko hop bitterness.

Taste comprises grapefruit, pine needle, grass, mandarin, citric tinged straw, tangerine.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close dusted with light juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Okay DIPA if a touch pedestrian in places.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Near clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a very mild grain. Soft pine. A little hop spice. Slightly ripe citrus but Centennial lemon livening things up. If you are gonna do West Coast, use Centennial innit? Light crisp and hop spicy finish. Solid dipa.

Bottle shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks to Wingman for this one. A oily reddy brown coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, oily, honeycomb, chocolate, nougat, mint. Flavour is composed of semi sweet medium sweet, mint chocolate, chip, oily, almond, oily,.. Palate is medium sweet, oily, mellow carbonation.
