Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a hazy orange-amber color with a medium sized fluffy orange-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was toasty and biscuity with honey and sweet orange notes. The flavor was toasty, bready and yeasty with toffee, honey, sweet orange and a bit of tropical fruit. Medium length finish. Medium body. Quite pleasant.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a black color with a medium sized foamy brown head that left great lacing. The aroma was bretty, malty and a bit toasty with a hint of anise. The flavor was malty with cocoa, anise, brett and red wine. Long cocoa and brett finish. Moderately full bodied. Solid.
