Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a very cloudy pale yellow color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded quickly and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was dry, chalky and a bit tart with lemon and a bit of cracker. The flavor was tart, sour, tangy and lactic with notes of lemon and bread dough. Medium length tangy sour and lactic lemon and bread dough finish. Medium body. Solid.

look, I don’t like ipa so forget my numbers, this stuff is freshly and terribly on style. could be a double ipa without the age. pine heavy aroma. thin creamy head. strong and beefy on the taste buds. leaves you with a long bitter finish. yes, a big fresh beer fer sure. surprisingly decent co2.

comes in two varieties. infused with hops and regular, I had both. the hop infused is of course more personality with a fresh fruity flavor but for the most part very similar. fairly clear but yes a little hazy. nice clean fruity smell, attractive. nicw fresh taste. some bitterness builds to an apex. quite acceptable and fresh for a beer.
