Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured an orange-brown color with a large foamy tan head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was sweetish and malty with notes of tobacco and liquid smoke. The flavor was roasty and woody with tobacco and liquid smoke. Very long finish. Medium body. Ok.

Whoever invented Mosaic hops should have been taken out and shot. +++Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a dark copper color with a large foamy orange-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was tangy an sour with cactus, pine and a bit of catbox. The flavor was tangy and sweetish with catbox, cactus and a bit of pine. Long catbox and cactus finish. Medium body and smooth. Not good.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a murky yellow color with a small white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was musty and funky with a bit of cantaloupe.The flavor was cucumber, watermelon, cantaloupe and a bit of mustiness. Long melon finish. Medium body. Ok.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a cloudy yellow color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was chalky, dryish and a bit tart and citric. The flavor was chalky and dryish with citrus, perfume and a bit of funk. LIght to medium body. Meh.

Bottle thanks to Dan I imagine. Shared at a big tasting. Pours a reddish color with a medium white head. A big sour cherry and oak nose. Vinous, tart, sweet fleshy cherries. Very good. Quite drinkable.

Sampled at the brewery. Dark brown and opaque. A little funk in the aroma. Big dark malts. Big dark fruit flavor to begin. Yeast is complex. Belgian plus something else. Plums and dark fruit. Interesting beer. Shared with Dave and the gang.
