Super hazy golden and lightly peach coloured body with a rich, two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of sour grapes, lemons, yeast, bread, grain, hay, biscuits and a lot of sour and salty components - very nice smells! Medium-bodied; Assertive effervescence with a large yeast, bread, malt, lemon, sour grape and wheat flavour at first that has a lot of puckering, but also some salt flavours showing through a few seconds later. Aftertaste shows that great blend of sour and salty with a light malt ocmponent, some candy sweetness and a bit of complexity toward the end from the amalgamation of the flavours. Overall, a nice gose with noticeable qualities from everything, showing a nice sour and salty finishing, elegant beer. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Total Beverage in Thornton, Colorado on 15-March-2016 for US$2,11 (originally US$2,89) sampled at home in Washington on 11-June-2016.
