From a can. Looks like a wit. Lots of citrus and lime, some grapefruit also, but I am not getting the gin botanical flavor. A little salt, and good for hot weather.

Pours a reddish, ambery-gold, with mid-sized head (really pretty beer). As befits the name, it is pretty dank in aroma, lots of pine/spruce hops, with some citrus elements. Flavor is citrus, with bitter hop background, and a bitter finish. I think it’s pretty good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has notes of dry tart fruits and flora with oak and sweet grains backing. Flavor has sweet grains and light funk with oak and some light fruits underlying.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a combination of tart grape and funk with sweet grains backing. Flavor has a good amount of sweet grains with some flora and light tart grape underlying.

16 oz can purchased at Lunds & Byerlys Wines & Spirits in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Canned on 3/4 sticker on the four pack holder. The pour is a hazed orange golden with a smallish white head that leaves behind nice lace. The aroma is citrus peel, resin hop, and caramel malt in the back. The taste is the resin citrus hop, balanced with the malt that sweetly carries finish. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the resin bitter hop finish. Sweet lingers a bit. Fresh and clean.

16 oz can purchased at Lunds & Byerlys Wines & Spirits in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Canned on 3/4 sticker on the four pack holder. The pour is a mostly clear golden orange with a light tan head. The aroma is grass, soft resin, floral, pine and a bit of caramel malt. The taste is the fresh hops right away, nice balances of the grass, floral, pine and resin. The caramel malt is soft and naturally sweet, and in nice balance with the bitterness of the hops. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and a mineral caramel malt and dry bitter resin finish. Nice.

Can. Pours a clear deep earthy amber with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a combination of earthy grains and grass with a hint of resin underlying. Flavor has a good amount of resin with some grass and straw backing.
