Taste comprises grapefruit, grass, dank chimes, melon, stone fruit.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spliced with pissy come danko hop bitterness ... presume an NZ hop base.

Keg at the brewpub - Jackson. Pours clear black-brown with a tight, creamy khaki head. Light to medium sweet flavour with notes of well toasted brown bread, a little burnt caramel, toasted pine, rounded malts, light roast. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, nips of ash, toasted bready malts. Good stuff.

Keg at the brewpub - Jackson. Pours black with a dense, creamy mocha topping. Light sweet flavour, dry and ashy, some baking cocoa, burnt rubber, earth. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Ashy roast to finish, more bitter cocoa, scorched earth. Good one.

Keg at the brewpub - Jackson. Pours clear yellow with a creamy, white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with sturdy pale smoke character, biscuity pale malts, cured ham, dry pale bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean, dry and smokey to finish. Solid.

Keg at the brewpub - Jackson. Pours clear, pale yellow with a creamy, white topping. Light sweet flavour, quite dry, some lemon peel, pine needles, freshly cut grass. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with notes of lightly bitter citrus peel, flinty minerality. So so, not a lot to it.

Keg at the brewpub. Pours clear pale yellow, Highly effervescent, with a fluffy, white topping. Light sweet flavour, clean and dry, some crispy cereal, modest minerality, touches of grass. Light bodied with active carbonation. Super clean and dry on the finish, bread crust, straw. Tasty and drinkable.

Light sweet flavour, clean and pithy, notes of grapefruit, lemon, lean pale bread, light bitter straw and pine needles, rind. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, more bright, fresh and pithy citrus character. Sound.

Can at the house in Jackson - picked up from the liquor store next to Albertson’s. Pours crystal clear yellow, lightly effervescent, with a fluffy, pure white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of crispy pale biscuits, light bitter straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean finish, lightly drying, further pale biscuits, straw, a little cereal. Easygoing and drinkable.
