Bottle @ Anarkist, Odense. BB September 2024. Pours clear yellow with a White head. Grainy and intense Dusty nose. Cant find any elderflower. Quite bland and seems old - already.

Creamy good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Great saison.

8/5/2024. Draft at Anarkist Bar, when visiting Tivoli Gardens. Pours very dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is coffee, roasted malt, chocolate, brown sugar, singed plastic, caramel, condensed milk. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Medium body, quite smooth, average carbonation. Slight burnt bitter finish.

37,5cl @ Ratebeer Odense, Spring Gathering, 2024. Pours amber copper with bubbles on top. Sweet and vinous nose. Almond, cellar, caramel , honey and toffee. Woody. Warming alcohol. Holding up pretty Well!

April fun at Ratebeer Odense. Hazy amber with a small white head. Malty aroma with honey and some oxidised desert wine. Dry, malty flavour with oxidised raisin and fig notes.

Backlog June 2010. Unclear reddish amber body under a fading off-white head. Aroma has malt, caramel and Christmas spices. Taste is mild malty with some caramel and spices like cardamom and cinnamon, low bitterness. Medium body with rather short aftertaste. Drinkable but not very interesting.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours and opaque black with a dense and creamy beige head. Subtle roast aroma with a hint of dark dried fruits and rum. Rich roasty body, smooth palate, chocolatey again with a faint hint of rum. Some finishing roasty bitterness. A lovely and drinkable light Imperial Stout. 090324
