Pretty much the standard session India Pale Ale. Drinkable but nothing special at all.

Single bottle from HyVee, Ankeny, IA. Pours a deep amber color under a short but stiff head. Caramel malty nose with a side of German hop pepper. Poured at a nice cold temp, giving a nice caramel malt taste, too. Hits just right, none of the distracting side tastes that come from other Okto's, domestic or imported.

12 oz can purchased at the residence Inn in Ankeny, Iowa. The pour is a hazed yellow golden with a small foamy white head. The aroma is citrus, tangerine and pineapple. The taste is the bright fruity citrus, tropical hop, pineapple juice sweetness and a whisper of cracker malt. The palate is medium, unfiltered mouth feel, almost silky, and more of the tropical citrus soft bitter to the finish. Solid Hazy.
