Clear Amber in color, weak head retention. Aroma is real mild, mild floral, mild citrus, light grain. The flavor is very mild for a 7.3 percent. Body is on the thinner side with a very light bitterness... Yeah, my spoiled ass New England palate finds this a tad thin overall. But it is still ok for a pint.

Draft @Exile. Dark, damn near black color, thin white head. Aroma is mild cherry skins, sour mash. Chocolate ?? Not so sure.

The Brewer describes this as "similar to Chocolate covered cherries" yeah, sort of similar. More of a sour mash flavor with a note of cherry. To be fair, it really isn’t my style of beer. That being said, not offensive to my palate.

Draft. Slightly hazy pink color. Aroma is tart cherries, lacto, sour wheat. The flavor is lactic acid with sour wheat base. The Berliner is basically the base of this beer with the 700 pounds of cherries used in the brewing process. Cherry comes out natural and gives nice balance.

Draft at the source. Deep ruby in color with lasting thin head. Aroma is Munich / European malts, (caramel, toffee, dried leaves). Flavor has a lighter body with the same rustic European malt bill. Lager yeast is found in the finish. Very robust for the style, lots of flavor. Very well crafted!

Draft @ Exile. Gold color with thin lasting head. Aroma is very floral with plenty of grain. Flavor follows with lots of floral hops, weak grain center. Bitterness is mild to moderate with a herbal aftertaste. Body is lighter and made closer to a session style.

Draft at Exile. Deep ruby color, no head. Aroma is rich in dark fruits, Bold Belgian yeast, deep molasses. Decadent.

Flavor is rich and deep for such a young Quad. Molasses, brown sugar, rich dark fruit. Not overly sweet which is very impressive for the amount of sugar and malts. The body is on the medium to fuller side. Nicely crafted. Sweet without being cloying!
