Clear 750ml capped bottle from Appalachian. Couple hours of chill time in the fridge. Pint glass that night. Clear, dull honey gold, tall soda head. Boozy, veggy floral, sweet apple, perceived acid nose. Astringent grassy, crab apple bitterness, veggy, apple sauce sweetness, waxy, lingering boozy oak. Warming acid. Soft fizz, thin, too oaky, lingering booziness. Okay, if sloppy.

Pink pour. Thin foam. Dry, not too sweet, lime and strawberry and heat from ginger combo. Dry finish with a light body.

12oz can which is more than enough. Light haze over a gold body. Boozy nose. Apples and some cake. Big in the mouth, apples and apple juice and some schnapps.

Pounder from Appalachian. Stemless wine glass @home. Clear, sizzling, bright & classy gold. Herbal, sweet apricot & white grape nose. Herbal, sweet onion flavor upfront, with more traditional watered-down, bittersweet potter apples in the middle. Half sour pineapple, lingering grassy veg, menthol & lemon finish it off; Sulfite headache. Thin, wine-y, high acid, dry but not brut, low carb. Tis okay-ish.
