750 mL bottle from Wine Warehouse, 6/9/23. Nearly-clear gold with a chill haze. Thin white head, average retention. Aroma of sweet apple, sweet pear, apple skins, a mineral note. Taste is dry apple, pear, vanilla, earth, pepper, and a tart apple along the sides of the palate. Crisp, well balanced. Delicate. Very nice.

Half liter bottle from Wine Warehouse, shared at the May 2023 PS tasting. Clear yellow. Aroma of apple, pineapple, faint whiskey. Taste is pineapple, rum, oak, apple, pear. Didn't get much spice. Decent.

12 ounce can from Beer Run, 5/19/23. Clear pinkorange, thin head, poor retention. Aroma of gingery and strawberry. Dry apple. Taste is ginger, tart berry, hay, dry apple. Crisp. Nice.

Tap at the birch Norfolk Virginia. A clear rose pink coloured pour with no head. Aroma is semi sweet raspberry, floral notes. Flavour is composed of apple crisp, light funk rose petal, white sugars, woody tannin. Palate is semi sweet tangy, woody, highish carbonation. Nice.
