(On tap @ Cinder, Philadelphia, Apr 12/18) Pours moderately hazy yellow with a stable white head. Notes of dry apple juice, skins, a dusty yeast profile, touch mineral, quite light and soft, watery, dry finish with relatively little aftertaste, powdery. Light bodied, smooth prickling carbonation. Meh. There's just little going on here, 8 styles of apple but none of them show any character.

4oz draft at South County Brewing. Basic cider is best to put it. Just a light sweetness and an earthy musty character. I would be happy it make something this well executed though not exciting.

From tap. Pours clear and pale yellow, no head. Aroma is dry and zesty apples. Medium dry, juicy. Mild sweet and juicy apples finish.
