On tap at Pizza Lucé Downtown. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has smoke and straw notes with some sweet grains underlying. Flavor has like smoke and sweet grains with a straw note backing.

Aromas are OK not too complex straightforward pale malts and grain a bit of grass. For a summer beer it's a little heavy and malty not too sweet drinkable.

An apricot Amber color which is dark for A cream ale. Aromas are malty and perfumy which are again uncharacteristic for a cream ale. Flavors are malty and sweet with enough carbon ation to cut through the sweet. OK body and Finish.

Sampled from the tap at Minnesota Winterfest 2018. Pours near black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of dark grains, roasted malts, slight dryness and a bit of chipotle. Flavor has notes of dark grains, roasted malts, chipotle and a slight dry finish.

Sampled from the tap at Minnesota Winterfest 2018. Pours a clear amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bread and rye with a touch of cookie sweetness underlying. Flavor is full of rye with a touch of spice and good amount of bread backing.

On tap st New Bohemia Uptown. Pours a near clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has pine and grass with a bit of lime and cilantro supporting. Flavor has a good amount of pine and cilantro with a bit of lime me underlying.

On tap at Ox Cart Ale House. Pours a near clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has sweet grains and pine with a bit grass underlying. Flavor has a good amount of pine with sweet grains and grass supporting.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2017. Pours a clear amber with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of straw and bread with a touch of maple backing. Flavor has a combination of straw and bread with maple and grains supporting.

Sampled from a bottle at Grillfest. Light copper color. Moderate bitter flavor but surprisingly a little hop burn. some sugar, pineapple, and light citrus. Alcohol is present on the plate.
