The Aromas are mainly resin hops with a little bit of citrus and dry grass. Flavors are somewhat similar to Nose, Citrus comes out more and resin recedes, nice balance between Bitter, Sweet and carbonation. Good body and finish. Fairly easy drinking beer.

Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2020. Pours near black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy dark grains and roast with a touch of chocolate and some earthy peanut butter. Flavor has dark grains, roasted malts and earthy peanut butter with some chocolate in the finish.

Sampled from the firkin at Happy Gnome. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is quite nutty with some caramel, sweet grains and a hint of salt underlying. Flavor has some peanut butter, slight salt, caramel and sweet grains.

Taster flight at Stone Arch. Cloudy golden, small spotty head. Aroma is stale bread. Taste picks up with light weizen notes, sweet, apple, banana. If you get past the aroma, the taste is ok, but can't decide if it wants to be a wheat or a weizen.

On draft at the Happy Gnome in St Paul. Pours a cloudy brown with a tan. End of keg do this may not be what it looks like when first tapped. Aromas of coconut and milk chocolate. Flavors are fairly sweet with some vanilla and bitter roast.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2018. Pours a hazy orange gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has light citrus and grass with earthy grain and straw backing. Flavor has grass and light citrus with earthy grains and a bit of straw underlying.

Sampled from the tap at Happy Gnome. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma of full of tangerine with sweet citrus and sweet grains. Flavor is also full of tangerine with hint of citrus and sweet grains underlying.
