Tap at Moto I. Amber color. Moderate hops that are a little stronger than the dry malt base. Lightly bitter amd drinkable.

Sampled at Winterfest 2014. Brown color. Belgian yeast. Sweet and simple, but clearly recognizable as a Belgian ale similar to a dubbel. Good effort.

Draught at the Herkimer, October, 2013. Surprising vanilla aroma. Dry malt and smooth palate, very much like a mild. Good session beer.

From a firkin at the Herkimer, October 2013. Wheat with hops, or, a well-hopped wheat beer. Citrus with the sweet wheat. Good.

Served from a firkin at the brewery,the same way a kolsch is served in Cologne. The tea gives the beer a hazy appearance, with a little green color which might be due to the dim lighting in part. Tea aroma and some citrus with tea in the flavor. The tea dominates over the mild flavors of a kolsch and that is ok. This infusion worked.

Tap at the Herkimer. Black with a short head. Roasted grain ans malt, and not much else. Perhaps a little too much burnt grain. Dry finish and palate.

Draught at Herkimer. Dark copper color. Low carbonation. Light hops and soap in the flavor. Not bitter at all, no pine, flowers, or other flavors I expect from an ipa, but just bland. This is a poor effort.
