On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy bright yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is full of passionfruit and guava with coconut and a bit of sweet grains underlying. Flavor is coconut forward with light tropical fruits and a touch of sweet grain underlying.

Single Hop Pale Ale from Dangerous Man Brewing Company

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear burnt orange with an off white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has pine and bitter citrus rind with a bit of grass and earthy grain backing. Flavor combines pine and dank onion that is supported by an earthy grain backbone.

Crowler. Pours a clear orange gold with a white head that starts at the edges and dissipates completely. Aroma has very sweet mango with a bit of a dry citrus and a sweet grain backbone. Flavor is full of sweet mango with some dry citrus and a strong sweet grain note underlying.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has earthy citrus and light tropical fruits with a slightly sweet grain backbone. Flavor has a combination of earthy citrus and earthy tropical fruits with a light grain backbone.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep brown with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of sweet grain, caramel and a good amount of rye whiskey. Flavor starts sweet with grains and caramel with a growing and warming rye whiskey presence.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy purple with a pink head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has slightly tart pie blueberries with a bit of graham cracker and cookie backing. Flavor has a nice pie blueberry note with lactose and graham cracker supporting.

Black color. This has lots of smoke in the aroma and the flavor. Heavily roasted malt and sugar.thick and heavy palate. Better than I expected it to be.

Crowler. Orange-amber color, clear. Big toffee nose, diacetyl and caramel. Oranges, spices, slightly burnt aroma as well. Weird stuff, lots of butterscotch and toffee and spicy. Not old, but something wrong here.

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, loads of peated chocolate malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, very nice and complex. In mouth , a nice chocolate malt with loads of smoked bacon, grassy hops, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. Bottle at Dark Lord Day 2018.
