Bottle shared by Brian, thanks! Pours black with grayish brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has earthy dark grains and bourbon with a hint of smoke backing. Flavor has earthy dark grains and roasted malts with a bit of bourbon in the finish.

On tap at Dangerous Man. Pours a clear dull yellow gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces slightly. Aroma has a mild straw and hay combination with a bit of bread underlying. Flavor has some sweet grains and straw notes with a hint of cookie and hay backing.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice corn and hay note with some straw and grains backing. Flavor has cris corn and hay throughout with some light grain underlying.

Truly a pumpkin ale, with a hefty load of pumpkin spice to go with it. Big brandy notes which make it better than it would’ve been (not being a big pumpkin fan). Bottle No 10.

Bottle. Pours inky black, small tan head, good lacing. Aroma is roast, rum, cocoa, vanilla. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter. Tad astringent. Medium plus body.

No no no, maple syrup AND bourbon barrels. Reading is an art. Anyway, really good! Not at all sweet. Not overly “pancakey” but it does taste like total breakfast. Bourbon gives it a little spice kick. Rich. Bottle #821.

I don’t usually drink numbered bottles, but I should. Jesus Christ, definitely a top 5 beer experience. I love the style and the aging just maximizes that - perfection. Intense red wine blast and fuckmytastebuds from there. Whimperin, mouth waterin. 2017.

Bottle, 2016. Pours crystal clear orange, small off-white head, decent lacing. Aroma is Belgian yeast, oak, caramel, floral notes, some light vinous quality. Medium sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body.
