On tap at Pudel Baar, pours a hazy dark red with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of fruity red berries, red wine, and apples. Flavour is complex, with lots of red wine must, tart and dry red berries, and red apple skins. Love the grape must and dryness of this. Excellent.

Bottle from the source. Hazy yellow color, fizzy. Aroma of apple flesh and light tannins. Taste is lightly tannic, medium dry and fruity. Decent.

Appearance: 2016 edition. Dark orange, near brown. Clear, no head.
Aroma: Strong apples, some tartness. Basement.
Taste: Lots of apples, very sweet. Followed by a slight tartness. Wow.

Bottle sample from the source. Clear golden color, fizzy. Server described this as close to champagne, and that's pretty accurate. Dry, lightly vinous, light tannins, quick finish. Good stuff.
