Description
It’s a pretty hyper-connected world out there, so grab a Wyder’s when you’re ready to unplug.

In the late 80’s and early 90’s, the west coast saw the first wave of the craft movement in hard cider. Breaking into the scene in 1993, we at Wyder’s have specialized in eclectic fruit-forward ciders for more than two decades.
We hope you enjoy!

Aromas and flavors are a mild blend of grapefruit and apple. Grapefruit is just slightly bolder. A bit more sweet than tarte with okay body and carbonation. A hint of weed in the finish. Not bad but nothing special. Don't really notice the booze.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton, 12/11/19. Clear gold with a thin fizzy ring of head that dissipates very quickly. Aroma of tequila and dry pear. Taste is dry pear, sweet pear, oak, vanilla, tequila. Medium bodied, crisp, moderate but soft carb. Very nice.

12 oz. Bottle. Clear pale yellow with fast dying head. Aroma is weak pear juice and very light oak barrel

The texture is damn near watery with the pear mixing with the tequila cutting any sugar or sweetness that is normally in any perry. This is good for a few pints if you like tequila.

Tequila aged cider. Filtered , hyper light, thin body. The tequila is restrained, the pear still shines through though. Clean, Drinkable. OK.

On tap. Clear color. Aroma has pear. Flavor has some complexity with pear, yeast, and a little tequila character, which is very muld bit I did taste it.

Bottle sample (or was it draft?) at the Great Alaska Barleywine Festival 2016. Crystal clear pale yellow color, still. Aroma of pear and apples. Taste is simple, like tart pear skins, quick finish.
