Can. A- Apples, baking spices. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Apple cider, baking spice. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Definite baked apples. Nice flavor and reminded me of a hot apple cider. Pretty good but not worth the $7.50 a can that the bar charged.

Quite an accurate baked apple, effervescent and spiced nicely. Also nicely high abv at 7.

On tap at Schilling Cider House - PDX, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out pithy tropical fruits and musty yeast. Flavour brings out lots of pineapple and apple core upfront, with medium-high sweetness. Very juicy, with a sweet finish.

On tap pours out hazy marron. Nose is nice vanilla beans some sweet cherries and apple. Taste is more of the nice sweet apple cherries and a vanilla spice.

Draft - Apple and very light berry. Deep purple red with a decent white head. Sweet soft Apple flesh with a touch of cherry. No acidity and a soft finish.

Apple smell is good. Sweet but also somewhat tart.
Nice cinnamon spicy taste. Balance between the sweet and tart.
Refreshing and easy to drink.
I like this cider.

Draft - Apple pie with lots of spicy goodness. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Cooked Apple, pie notes and a touch of peel and acidity. Very true to what they say and quite tasty for a semi sweet cider.
