On tap at The Perch, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lovely roasted malts and piney hops in a subtle but prominent balance. Flavour is dry and roasty, with a good piney hop presence and sleek roasted malt palate. Smooth palate, that expressed both malts and hops in great harming. Excellent.

On tap at The Perch, pours an opaque golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out heaps of rosemary upfront, drowning out any of the hops. Flavour is similar, blasting the palate with loads of rosemary upfront, followed by a pleasant hoppy bitterness on the finish. The marriage works really well. Spicy and hoppy on the finish. Impressive.

On tap at The Perch, pours a cloudy opaque golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out light salt and citrus, though pretty subdued. Flavour is much more aggressive with a higher than average salt content for a gose, followed by citrus and very low tartness. Salty and citrusy on the finish. Very nice stuff.
