The Bearpaw River Brewing Company is a small craft brewery based in Wasilla. We have an American-made 10-barrel brewhouse, and a taproom where you can get fresh, local beer direct from its source.

Draft: Poured an amber clear with frothy tan head. Light sweet malt with a fruity hint. Taste is a nice fruity forward, huge grain bill, and light sweetness. Not much bitter.

Draft: Poured a hazy orange cleared with white bubbles. Nose is spicy jalapeños. Taste is smooth at first with grain and starts to get that jalapeño heat in the finish. Very spicy. One of my favorite jalapeño.

Tap at the tasting room. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is light vanilla/chocolate. Med body. Flavor is chocolate bourbon. It seems a bit thinner than the regular Mat-Maid. Nor is it as "sweet". Not too bitter. Super good.

Tap at the tasting room. Pours dark brown with a beige/tan head. Aroma is chocolate. Med body. Flavor is dark toasty malt, chocolate, touch of lactose. An earthy/bitter/milky thing. Really tasty.
