Growler pours with a crystal clear deep gold body that has thin copper hues and supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up sweet mango, celery, clementine orange gummy bears and a modest degree of malt sweetness. The taste is smooth and pretty rich starting with a modest level of malty goodness that sets the stage for some tasty hoppiness. I get pleasing clementine oranges, mango, celery and then a thin layer of dank onion hoppiness. I am loving the hop flavor and bitterness going on here and how well it all fits together with harmony. This is rich snappy and creates a near dangerous sessionability.

Growler pours with a dark body that briefly supported a mocha colored head of foam. The aroma offers up some malt sweetness, bits of fig fruitiness and then ginger snap cookies. The taste starts with a little bit of malt sweetness, some roasted malts and a touch of dark roasted coffee. It stays that way right into the finish with the help of a mild chocolate note. Pretty nice Porter.

32oz growler pours with a crystal clear amber body that has copper edges and supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up a mix of roasted malts, caramel malts, a bit of red sweet apple like esters and then a vague hoppiness. The taste is nice and hoppy for the style with roasted malts, some spicy to floral hops and then caramel malts rounding things out. This all comes together nicely for me where at the edges of the flavor are a few mineral water like notes. Tasty hoppy alt.

Poured up at Flanny’s Arizona on Tap Festival (4.75 % ABV) with a clear gold body that supports a white head. The aroma offers up sugary malts, some floral hops, a little bit of bread dough and then a modest kind of earthy lime goodness near the end of the draw. Initially, while cold, the taste is sugary sweet with floral hops and not much else. Not really tasting that great at the moment. As it warms it gets a little lighter in sweetness and crisper with hops such as floral and then more and more slightly earthy spice dank onion hops and a dash of lime. This really comes together nicely the more I drink and as it warms and a faint grainy breadiness is noticed too. Overall though, even warmer, per the style it leans toward being too sweet. Nice offering and one of the better American brewed Kolsch.

Growler pours with a crystal clear copper body that has gold hues and supports a full tan head. The modest aroma offers up muted orange and tangelo citrus notes along with a slight citrus like gummy bear sensation. The taste is …. yep, this will do . . full rich juicy and resiny with hops. I’m diggin’ this. This has loads of citrus hop flavor giving it that juicy citrus yumminess. I get malt sweetened tangelo and grapefruit hop flavor that flows into more and more of a resiny hop bite. The citrus hop flavors and resiny bitterness just mingle and flow into a smooth finish. Wow! This IPA flavor is ‘money’ but a bit more aroma would be nice.
