Keg at Hal & Mal’s - Jackson, MS. Pours clear pale yellow with a creamy, white head. The nose holds light crispy biscuit, hay, light cereal. Light-medium sweet flavour with straightforward dry biscuit and cereal, some lemon peel, hay, pale grains. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean on the finish, with more cereal and biscuits, light bitter straw. Nice lager.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a snifter. Hazy light brown with small beige head. Aroma is garbage, medium body, low carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is stale malt and garbage.

Tap. Pours hazy pale golden, large puffy white head, great lacing. Aroma is dust, field grass, pepper, coriander. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, grassy, herbal. Lingering bitterness. Medium body.
