[ As Oxbow / Coppertail Grizacca ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, spicy, fruity, peach, coriander, pepper - white pepper. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, yeasty, spicy, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140430]

Draft at Churchkey. Hazy yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of funky, dusty piles of overripe fruit with nearby sweaty animals and lemon pel. Taste is dusty lemon pepper, light funk. Nice.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow color, fluffy head with good retention and lacing. Beautiful aroma of vanilla, subtle licorice, barns. Taste is light attic and dust. Delicious.

4 oz draft pour at Brookland Pint during their grand opening. 2012 vintage. Clear golden brown with off-white head. Aromas of herbs, spices, floral notes, barnyard funk and a little bandage. Tastes of oranges, funk, herbs, spices, floral notes. Medium-light body with a dry finish.
