Description
It all started with brothers Carl and Mark Nolen and Brewmaster Kirby Nelson. Three Wisconsin born-and-raised regular guys who share a passion for the Badger State - its friendly people, bountiful resources, rich brewing heritage - and the idea that drawing on all of the above is the key to creating some really awesome beer.

We started brewing in August of 2013, setting off a perpetual motion machine of new brew creations that show no sign of stopping. Our top brands include Badger Club Amber, Red Arrow American Pale Ale, Chocolate Lab Porter, Yankee Buzzard IPA, Beer Frame Pilsner, Betray Ale, S'Wheat Caroline, Patron Saint Oktoberfest, Porter Joe, Wiskator and Depth Charge Scotch Ale.

Come and enjoy a pint (or two) afterwards in our Tap Room or Backyard Bar. We have free, outdoor concerts every Friday night from May through September, and other fun events throughout the year. Our Brewery is kid and dog-friendly. We do not offer food service, but outside food is welcome.

12 ounce bottle. Dark brown, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of cocoa, nuts, and a bit of cherry and roast. The taste is tart cherries, roast. Thin. Maybe a little off? If so, not badly so.

12 ounce bottle from somewhere, 10/1/16. Hazy orange, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of wheat, orange, doughy malt. The taste is dry wheat, dry citrus. Thin-medium bodied, high carbonation. Decent. Thanks college students, NOW RESPECT YOUR ELDERS!!!

12oz bottle. Hazy yellow-orange body. Foamy white head. Pretty insipid stuff at best. Kind of gross, cheap, factory aroma. Medium bodied, which makes it a little easier to drink than most WI brewing atrocities. Not sure why students in 2016 would reference "Sweet Caroline". Oh yeah, because they suck too. Only for hardcore tickers, all others avoid.

12oz bottle. Here is a real shocker, this one is bad. Hazy orange body. Straight up harsh, cheap malt tones. More buttery grossness than Nectarine or orange peel or whatever. A trashy, shabby beer.
