On tap at the meadery. Pours red purple. Cherry, tart cherry, light cherry, floral, sweet honey, light vanilla. Nice oily body. Excellent.
Really like this blend of fruits, the stonefruit notes are just super unique and delish. Need more of this exactly fruit blend! The bourbon barrel also really rounds it out with oaky vanilla boozy notes.
That Madeira barrel + berry + berry + berry + berry + berry + berry blended perfectly. Sweet tangy oaky soft barrel love.
Stone fruit Mead Best mead! Plus the peach brandy BA this is glorious. Nose of rope peach, boozy peaches and apricots rounded out by plums, with some cherry to bump it up on sweetness. Legit like biting into a boozy ripe peach. So good.
Tart boozy bourbon thick flavor.
Very complex. Lots of cinnamon sweet dough flavor, nice tartness.
