Dark ruby colour with small head.Aroma of cherry and honey nice sweet warming taste note of wood and candy nice sweet and we'll balanced mouth feels good and sweet finish.

Cloudy deep red to brown with no head. Honey, esters, forest berries, pomegranate, oak tannins, vinous notes. Warming alcohol. Medium sweet. Slight sourness along. Full body. Good.

Bottle @ Benzai's Anti-Carnival Valentine's Day Tasting, Feb 26. Pours Dark purple, no head. Rich dark berries, jammy fruits.. a bit syrupy.. but a vibrant flavour profile, the apple brandy barrel perhaps more discernible with a larger pour.

Bottle shared at Anti-Carnavalstasting 2026. Dark black color, small beige head. Smell and taste red fruit, vanilla and strawberry jam heavily. Well, interesting but it doesn't make me go crazy.

Lys ferskenfarget klar med noe hvitt skum. Lukter urter, te, ananas og noe hostesaft. Fyldig. Søt. Smaker urter, honning, ananasgodis og likøraktig. Middels lang. Sær og god.

Bottle. Pours clear deep purple, no head, no lacing. Aroma is berries, honey, raspberry, currant. Flavor is sweet, rich, complex. Full body.
Big cherry notes, berry, earthy, honey sweetness
That’s lovely. The vanilla and the rye blend wonderfully giving it in a bit of a root beer flavor.
Loads of the port barrel aging. It’s simple, tasty, and performs as described. Love the thicker mouthfeel on this one.
