2oz taster. Vintage 2022. 12% ABV. Served by Chad, the owner. Appearance: dark purple with a purple head. Aroma: a lot of currants, quite sour up to the point that I would say it is a mix of both red and black currants. A bit boozy. Taste: very sour, loads of black currants, tannic. Finishes with oaky notes and currants. Overall: amazing!

2oz taster. Served by Chad, the owner. Appearance: very dark purple, no head. Aroma: loads of maple syrup, berries, probably only jammed strawberries I can distinguish. Taste: maple syrup with a mix of berries. Overall: very nice for what it is.
