Draught @ Courthaus Social (9/14/19). Clear reddish brown with very small frothy beige head, mocha aroma, high carbonation, initially sweet mocha taste with medium bitterness, thin watery body, long mocha finish. Flavorful but thin in body.

$2.06 bottle, Total Wine - Short Pump. Pale gold, minor head, giant head. Aroma is lemon zest, yeast, white pepper, grass, medicinal herbs, minor stone fruit. Flavor is stone fruit, yeast, pepper, ripe stone fruit, grass, medicinal herbs. Nice flavor.

Daffodil, blood orange nose. Cloudy amber, thin head. Blood orange. Medium body easy carbonation, a bit astringent. Best beer I've had from Midnight. They are getting better.

Total Wine, Fairfax bottle: pours mostly clear amber with off white head. Aroma is grain, caramel and light fruitiness. Has a robust maltiness. Somewhat sweet. Perfunctory hops. Not bad.

12 ounce bottle thanks to hershiser2. Hazy red, thin foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of strong nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and toasted malt. The taste is spice, apple, vanilla, toasted malt. Medium bodied, warming. Nice.

Bottle from Wine Warehouse. Pours clear brown with a soft beige head. Aroma is cinnamon on top of a brown ale: nuts, caramel malt. Flavor is cinnamon, caramel malt, nutmeg, slightly fruitcake-like in the middle with a bit of fruity sweetness, but I don't know if I'd actually call this fruity. Its fine but really doesn't stand out.
