Bottle courtesy of Nate, thanks! Clear deep dark brown color. Aroma of pepper and light roast. Taste has subtle pepper, coffee. Inoffensive but boring.

Bottle shared by Bvery, thanks! Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma is full of sweet apricot with a slight tartness, some acid and a light wheat note. Flavor is full of sour/acidic apricot with a good amount of wheat and a bit of yogurt.

Autumn Brew Review 2015. Crisp and clean, light color, light palate. Very light overall in the flavor and aroma. The hop flavor was not particularly strong. A light, easy drinking session beer.

A little thin. Gold color and white head. A little bit of honey. Mostly dry ,yeast, and spice. Just a hint of hefeweizen yeast. Sort of a cross between a hefeweizen and a saison.

On tap at In Cahoots. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has a bit of wheat with light grain and a light tart fruit note underlying. Flavor is more grain, earthy wheat and straw forward with a bit of light tart fruit in the finish.

Half pint at the brewery. It straddles a line between English and American style to my perception. It doesn thave the heavy sou sauce of many English imperial stouts, but soy sauce is there. Some complexity on the flavor, ash, relit cigar, bitter with some grain. Good palate, lots of roasted quality as well. Finiah is very dry; bitter and ashy.

Half pint pour at the tap room. Red color, it looks like juice. Aroma is tart, with some fruit. Flavor is tart as well. I get a feeling of some sediment on the palate. Berry flavor also. I might have called this a wild ale. Some wheat beer flavor in the aftertaste. Good, and definitely sour.
