Description

Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with lots of carbonation creating a huge warm cap that stays long, with foamy fluff lacing. Lemon zest aromas with some grassy notes and Belgian Ale yeast giving hints of vanilla. The taste is kind of sour at first, but ends quickly leaving very mild caramel malts with the lemony hops. Some metallic flavours with time which are not appealing. Not the best Saison out there.

Tasting at Matt’s; 7.6% ABV
Hazy red-amber color. Aroma and flavor seem very old; it has a strong flavor of unmalted cereals, moderately sweet.
Bad beer. But again, no bottling data is found, so screw the brewery.

Hazy dark blond color. The aroma is nice, powerful dank hops. Rather dry mouthfeel, skunky and old flavor, bitter, a bit resiny and orangey, but without hop quality.
Not good.

A dark brown porter with a thin brown head. In aroma, smooth chocolate malt with light alcohol burn, light nutty notes and coffee, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with coffee grind, alcohol warmth, light grassy hops, light metallic notes, OK. On tap at Le Bistro des Alpes.

Bottle courtesy of iphonephan, thanks! Clear maroon color. Aroma of roasty cocoa powder. Taste is very roasty, lightly herbal coffee grounds and dark chocolate. Very nice.
