Bottle from the source. Clear extremely pale yellow color, few bubbles. Aroma of vanilla, burnt caramel, apple flesh. Taste has booze, vanilla, butterscotch, apples. Tasty.

Draft at the source. Clear pale yellow color, big champagne style head. Aroma of spiced apples. Taste has vanilla, fruit, light spice. Might be nice served warm as well.

Draft at the source. This one uses ale yeast. Clear yellow color, still. Very fruity apple and lemon aroma. Taste is lightly tart apple and citrus, lingering dry finish. Tasty.

Draft at the source. Clear golden color, sparkling. Aroma of tart apple skins. taste is dry, crisp, quick, light ginger spice. Nice.
