On tap @ Red Bear. Clear, vibrant, medium gold pour to the brim. Creamy, caramel-y, faintly buttery & thin, cooked cider. Juicy, bitter sharp leaning dry but back sweetened. Minerally with lots of skin & water. Watered down & thin, champagne yeast, weak carb. Sad shortcut on some good apples.

Half liter bottle from Wegman's Lake Manassas, 5/27/22. New brewery! Brewery #2054, USA #1653, Virginia Cidery #18. Hazy gold, thin head, poor retention. Aroma of sweet apple, vanilla, honey. Taste is tart apple, phenols, vanilla, honey, pear. A bit of a tart note. Almost oaky. Juicy. Solid.

$7.99 500-ml bottle from Total Wine in Gainesville, VA. Pours pale golden, carbonation up the glass, but no head. Aroma is apple, sweat. Flavor is dry somewhat tart apple, earth, light white wine. Simple, but tasty. Nice carbonation.

750ml bottle at the December 2016 DC area cider tasting. Poured a lightly hued yellow color with a small, fizzy body and not much head to speak of. Aroma was light funky notes. Light tartness, some light berry crispness. Floral notes.

750ml bottle at the December 2017 DC area cider tasting. Poured a slightly ruby color with wispy, foamy head - kind of rose colored. Aroma was light, sweet blueberry notes. Flavor was the same, light pie filling notes.
