Draft at Forge Brew Works. Poured a nearly pitch black color with a very small wispy tan head. Aroma was roasted malts, bitter chocolate. Rye is really mild in this one. Getting bitter chocolate notes, very roasted malts. Light sweetness.

Forgetoberfest from Forge Brew Works

Draft at Forge Brew Works. Poured a pretty much totally clear golden orange color with a small off-white head. Aroma was light sweet malts. Flavor was crisp, light grassy notes, tasty malt. Very light earthy malts. Pretty refreshing.

Daywalker Tripel (Raspberry) from Forge Brew Works

4oz draft pour at Forge. Poured a hazy golden yellow color with an off-white head. Aroma was Orange peel, cherry notes. Moderate sweetness. Light bitterness, light sweet finish. Lacking a bit of tripel notes, but okay otherwise.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a slightly dark yellow color with a small white head. aroma was juicy hop notes. Light smoky, sweet malts and grains. Juicy finish.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a clear yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was citrus, some light flint stone? Strange, I know. Floral hop leaves. Melon. Light creamy finish.

4 oz pour on draft at Forge. Dark brownish black with light tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate, light soy sauce, fudge, oats, caramel, light licorice, roasted coffee. Tastes of dark chocolate, fudge, caramel, spices, roasted coffee. Medium body with a dry finish. Nice.

4 oz pour on draft at Forge as Farmhouse Ale. Hazy amber brown with beige head. Aromas of citrus fruit and peel, funk, herbs. Tastes of floral notes, citrus fruit and peel, light funk. Medium body with a dry finish.
