Cloudy, thin head, on the nose, hoppy, quite bitter, ok, maybe a bit harsh and husky.
03/12/19, vanilla water. Quite odd but definitely vanilla water with hints of coffee. Damn thin, damn flavorless except a semblance of vanilla and tiny bit of coffee on the finish.

32oz crowler pours with a murky copper gold body that supports a near white head of foam. The aroma offers up tangelo, grapefruit, some cantaloupe and peach with a funky papaya note in the background. The taste delivers a blend of juicy tangelo and grapefruit and then it grows more tropical to midway with soft cantaloupe and funky guava and papaya. This tugs in the direction of bitter juicy citrus amidst all of the soft funky tropical fruit to create a nice balance.

4 ounce draft sample at the brewery. Cloudy hazy looking beer. Mild grain, easy citrus, lighter body, (real light for the gravity) mild bitterness. My least favorite of the samples I had on this trip.

4 oz. sample at the source. Hazy bright gold, some head. Aroma is floral hops and guava fruit. Flavor has the floral upfront with fruit in the background. Mild citrus rind bitterness. Pretty good.

16 oz. can purchased at Total Wine & More, Phoenix Arizona. The flavor is pretty rich with some some chocolate and mild vanilla notes. Sweet but not that sugary sweet. Roasted malt is minimal here. The body is ok considering the ABV and malt base. Decent.

Can, courtesy of DerA. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma is vanilla, chocolate, icing, busquit, pecan nuts. Body is medium but waaaay to thin after this crazy aroma. Cake, yes, but becomes dry and almost watery. Flavours continue from the aroma. Feels like Trojka, the Scandinavian candy bar. Good, but odd.
