Good stuff. Lots of coffee on head and good overall balance. Bittersweet finish. Decent roast underlying coffee. Pours black with mocha head. Thick consistency. Tap at world of beer.

Draft. Dark clear amber brown color, medium tan head. Aroma of burnt caramel on toast. Taste isn sweet dark fruit, creme brulee. Boozy.

This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy bronzed golden orange with a two finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute. A good amount of white clingy and ringy lacing glazed around the sides of the glass.
The smell had a decent citrus to piney hops overcoating a delicate caramel malt.
The taste had pretty much the same with a sticky piney aftertaste leading to sticky dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was there and the bitterness is there but allows a decent sticky citrus to sharpen and delicately stroll across my tongue.
Overall, this was a pretty good AIPA that I would have again. It definitely had a different mouthfeel, but still everything else seemed spot on.

Autumn seasonal, well it definitely held up to now.
This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a fairly dark brown color with a slim finger’s worth of a film of a white head. Lacing quickly slides into the beer.
The smell had a nice sweet to roasty blend of chocolate, coffee, light cherries and a light vanilla rounding out and tie-ing it up softly.
The taste took all of those previously mentioned flavors to combine and give off a sweet sticky aftertaste leading to a sweet wet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a pretty good sipping quality about it.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good milk/sweet stout showing some nice nuances coming about. Definitely a dessert and can only imagine what it’s like fresh.

Cask at Lost Dog. Dark maroon brown color, thick tan head with good retention. Aroma of chocolate and cherry. Taste is German chocolate cake. Very tasty.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can from ED5388 poured into a glass. Hazy golden with medium/small white head. Aroma is light banana, medium body, medium/light carbonation, and medium small-bubble lacing. Taste is yeasty, banana, and some astringency. I like that the banana is not really artificial, but the astringency takes away.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle from ED5388 poured into a weizen glass. Cloudy golden with medium white head which dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma is light orange, medium body, medium carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is malty, orange, and coriander.

12 ounce bottle. Barely translucent dark brown color. Large rocky tan head. Funky, subtle toasted malt nose has notes of cherry cola and earthy caramel. Flavor is sweet roasted malt with A touch of caramel, milk chocolate and sweet cherries. The 8% ABV is hardly noticeable. Finish is dark fruit and some resiny hops. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel makes this eminently drinkable. Overall, a pretty decent high gravity stout.
