12 ounce can. Cloudy yellow gold. Rocky white head. Citrus hop nose is pleasant. Flavor is bitter and hoppy with yeasty undertones. Mostly grainy and bitter. Nothing much else.

Rich, hazy deep copper and amber coloured body with a rich, two centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of resin, grapefruit, passionfruit, pine and a good deal of malt to accompany those hops. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy and resinous flavour from the hops up front with a lot of malt backbone and some subtle apricot and caster sugar sweetness near the end. Aftertaste shows a lot of earth and hops, but also some graham crackers, yeast, apples and quite a bit of floral and nutty hops. Overall, a nicely balanced East Coast (without a doubt) IPA with a lot of hop character and that rich malt backbone to show its not from the West Coast. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Whole Foods in Arlington (Clarendon), Virginia on 01-November-2014 for US$1,99 sampled at home in Washington on 14-February-2015.

Pretty interesting. Has an odd almost perfumy aroma. Pours cloudy dark brown with OK head and lacing. Some light cherry and decent roast. Light bitter finish. Thick consistency with an almost resiny feel. Tap at glens garden market.

Lilly and marigold nose, good strength. Clear amber, medium yellow head. Strong lilly, marigold, and daffodil flavor. Ash finish, once the aspirin bitterness fades off. Medium body, resinous, moderate carbonation, alcohol is noticeable. Well-hopped, but unbalanced. A bit much too much. If youβre looking for insane floral hoppiness, go nuts with this one.

Sample at GABF 10/03/2014, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Hazy pale golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of bananas and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of wheat, banana and toasted malt. The finish is sweet with a banana and yeast aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
