Evidently a really rare beer provided by hart mtoast. Big head. from a bottle. Black and really dark. Volaitle malt arome. Strong and alky in yer face. Soem co2 to distract you but this stuff is pretty strong on the palate. Just a decen strong beer. Probably one of the better strong beers I’ve had but now I see its lsited as a sweet stout, wtf? at 7% a "sweet" stout? whaterver.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a brown-orange color with a medium sized foamy orange-tan head that faded and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet squash, cinnamon butter, pumpkin pie, pie dough and brown sugar. The flavor was very sweet pumpkin pie, pie crust, candied yams and brown sugar. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied and smooth. The alcohol was well contained. Odd but quite good.

Bottle. Clrar deep golden color, bright white head with good retention. Aroma of goird and light spice. Taste is gourd forward on a background of nutmeg, cinnamon. Nice enough.

Barcade, Philadelphia tap ($6): Pours amberish brown with a beige head. Aroma is dark fruits, caramel, and yeast. Taste is rather sweet. Medium body. Some complexity, but ultimately, I was not all that impressed by this. Alcohol was well-covered and it was genuinely easy to drink.
