Half-pint, keg, shared with Finn at Baltic Fleet. Next-to- clear golden body. Dotted spots on the glass, small sized white head. Restrained aromas of grain and ripe fruits. Lemony fruity taste with mild malty sweetness beneath. Mid-dry ending. Satisfying. (Liverpool 27.01.2020).

Keg at the Salvation, Preston. Pours jet black with a thin tan head. Vinious aromas, some oak, coffee and chocolate. Taste is boozy and wine-like. This version was 11%, so hardly surprising. Warming and rich.
