R34 Bos draught, 7/28/23. Clear maize-brass-copper. Large, fluffy, well-retained, white head atop. Orange tea, vanilla, honey. Interesting, clean, no crude yeast notes. Yellow fruit on the end. Not massively aromatic. Big oranges and black tea character with a fairly soft, fluffy mouthfeel and deep malts. Sort of pushing it on the sweetness but there's good acidity on the finish. More orange zest, bitter herbs and vanilla on the finish. Not super BdG-y to my tastes - but a very pleasant Belgian ale in any case.

750ml bottle pours a peppy yellow, a cap of white head. Big funk and saison. Pale grist and dried herbs. Huge white head. Spritzy finish, funk. Dry. Nice. 7 4 7 4 13

Gul klar med hvitt skum. Lukter bondegård, kyst brød og belgisk gjær. Middels fylde. Lett bitter. Smaker belgisk gjær, høy og noe sitrus.

So good. So proper. The label doesn't mention that this is a Jester King collab. --- Beer merged from original tick of Cuvée des Jonquilles Session IPA on 16 Feb 2026 at 16:44 - Score: 9. Original review text: Formerly called Noblesse Oblige and originally brewed with Jester King, this is even better than I remember. A real classic. I thought of it as an extra hoppy Biere de Garde of sorts, but a farmhouse IPA works. Dry, grassy, top.

Guldgul och lite disig med bra skum. Humleblommig doft med citrus och jäst. Förhållandevis lätt kropp. Humleblommig smak med citrus, jäst och ett lätt smörigt inslag. Lite alkohol på slutet.

75 cl bottle. Pretty looking beer, and orange color and a quite murky, a head is big and blond. Aroma has fruitness, apricot marmelade, light earthyness and flowers, even hint of perfume. Taste has fruitness, apricot, flowers, spicyness of black pepper, nicely dry. Medium bodied. This was a surprise, great beer. Complex and aromatic. Very nice.
