Pour is a clear copper with a large white head. Aroma is toasted bread with a little caramel. Flavor is bready, nutty and finishes super dry. A little sweetness eeks out but this is a super dry bread loaf of a beer. I liked it other than the minor sweetness.

Pint can from Everett’s South Beloit, 8/15/22. Hazy amber, large tan head, average retention. Aroma of toast, caramel, tea, hint of cherry. Taste is caramel, toast, grain, stone fruit. Slick. Pretty simple. Decent.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2022. Pours a clear amber gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has pine and light onion with notes of grass and grain backing. Flavor is pine forward with a hint of dank onion, citrus rind and grain backing.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours black with a creamy brown head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has light peanut butter, a bit of dark grain and creamy roast backing. Flavor has creamy dark grain and peanut butter with roasted malts and chocolate supporting.
