Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2015. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma is brett forward with a good amount of earthiness with tropical fruit and citrus backing. Flavor has a lot of brett with earthy citrus and a hint of tropical fruit supporting.

Draft at GTMW 2015. Clear maroon brown color, tan head. Aroma of fruity cocoa. Taste is mildly bitter cocoa powder. OK.

Blind Pig Springtime Barleywine from The Blind Pig Brewery

Tap. Pours cloudy reddish hazel, large tan head, creamy with great lacing. Aroma is citrus, pine, toffee, molasses, some orange. Flavor is medium sweet, medium bitter - drinks very much like an American style DIPA with ramped up malt profile barley wine. Full body, somewhat creamy. Enjoyable.

Blind Pig Scary Cherry Milk Stout from The Blind Pig Brewery

Tap. Pours opaque black, small tan head, creamy, nice lacing overall. Surprisingly light aroma, cherry, roasted malt, cocoa powder. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter. Cherry notes present, but seem a little artificial. Medium light body, noticeably not creamy like would be expected of a milk stout.

Coffee Stout from The Blind Pig Brewery

Tap. pours opaque black, small tan head, little lacing. Aroma is entirely one dimensional - coffee, a bit burned. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, very coffee, not much else. Medium body, some acidity.
