Draught @ BrewDog Bar. Pours black with a rather small frothy and bubbly mocha head that leaves lots of spotty trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly malty and fruity with roasted malts, burnt cookies, grapefruit juice, blackberries, blueberries, dark roast coffee, salty liquorice hard candy, freshly cut grass, pine needles, orange zest and lemon zest. Taste is bitter and fruity with roasted malts, burnt dark bread, grapefruit juice, unripe mango, blackberries, burnt wood, dark roast coffee, ammonium chloride, freshly cut grass, chives, garlic, pine needles, moist soil, minerals, orange zest and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is slightly sharp, astringent, slightly fruity tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with roasted malts, burnt bread, grapefruit, blackberries, bilberries, coffee, bitter chocolate, grass, chives, pine, soil, minerals, orange zest and lemon zest. Tap@Taphouse, CPH - pours gold with a white head. Aroma and taste is a pleasing mix of topical and citrus fruits, some grapefruit, mandarins, caramel malts, pine needles, good hoppy bitter finish.

Flaska från SB. En fruktig DIPA med massor av mango och citrus, men också blommig nektar och tallskott. Rena friska smaker inte alls söt och tung och med en rejäl beska. Det bästa av Brewski hittills. Riktigt god.

Draught. Hazy orange liquid with with medium off-white head. Aroma of mango, passion fruit, citrus, lychee and lime peel. Very fruity and hoppy. Taste is dry and medium to high bitter with notes of lemon, light banana, mango and light booze. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice and right up my alley.

Sample from 33 cl. (hand-?)bottle. Hazy, pale golden colour with a thin, bubbly white head. Fruity aroma with spices, fruits, yeasts and fresh pines (?) Taste is lightly bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes drying and fruity with floral hops. Lovely, easygoing Saison.

Bottle, thanks Eddan. Hazy orange with a white head. Fresh aroma and taste of mango, citrus, some pineapple and caramel. On the sweet side with a distinct bitter finish. Nicely balanced. A tasty one.

Bottle - clear golden pour with thin white head. Aroma and taste comprises farmyard fruits, crisp lemon, grass, straw, crisp on the palate, floral and light herbal, refreshing easy going brew, nice.

On tap. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a white head. Very spicy, yeasty aroma - very sophisticated. Medium body, yeasty, medicinal and phenollic but somehow very refined and delicious. Dry finish. Very drinkable. 100115
