Draft at OysterHouse. Pours a clear dark brown color with a thin head. Fair head retention. Aroma of spice, bread, dark fruits. The taste is dark fruits, bread, citrus and a yeasty finish. Medium bodied. Nice.

Cask at OysterHouse. Pours a hazy golden color with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of floral, herbal hops and fruity coffee notes. The taste is bitter coffee and bitter, vegetal hops. Medium bodied, disjointed, off balance.

A golden amber IPA with a thin big bubbled off white head. In aroma, a nice fragrant hops with light tangerine pulp. In mouth, a smooth light IPA with floral C-hops, nice lingering grapefruits, quite nice. On tap at Great North Carolina Brewers Fest., August 28 2010.
