12 oz. pour at the brewpub. Pours a clear, brown color, with a small, foamy, off-white head. The aroma is brown bread, chicory, hay, and light peat. Sweet and malty, with a mild, chalky bitterness. Light, crisp, and clean. Easy, quality beer.
