Draft. Light amber body. Frothy white head, slowly diminishing. Aroma of toasted grain, leather, funk, citrus, fruit. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation. Dry finish. The brett influence is more subdued than expected considering it was aged 8 months. A light saison with enough brett funk to let you know it's there.

Snifter at the brewery - similar to a tripel in profile - medium sweet, but dries out through the middle into the finish - some grass and soft herbs - light honey, moderate mineral bite - a touch of lavender, white pepper - quite tasty.

Snifter at the brewery - light, refreshing golden ale with just a hint of funk, light oak and red wine, mild acidity - a touch of bread crust and bright fruitless - pretty nice.

Taster at the brewery. Pours an unclear, light orange color, with a small, persistent, foamy, white head. The aroma is pine, cloves, very light red grape and tannins, sea salt, and lemon peel. Sweet and zesty, with a crisp, light bitterness. Light to medium body, with a sharp, acidic palate. This is a very interesting beer. The wine is present and pleasant, but the beer is up front, and tasty.

Taster at the brewery. Pours dark brown, with a small, bubbly, khaki head. The aroma is dates, sugar, black pepper, licorice, mild coffee, and black bread. Sweet and yeasty, with a warming finish. Medium to heavy body, with a syrupy, dusty, and yeasty mouthfeel. This is a decadent and delicious quad.

Tap. Pours hazy yellow, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is dank, grapefruit, armpit, pot, melon, mango. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Light plus body. Solid, lacking the total juiciness that the best have.
